Terms & conditions for your rental booking.

1. Online Booking

• Online booking confirmation is subject to vehicle availability. We prefer booking at least 24 hours before pick-up.
• If you don’t receive any confirmation within 12 hours, please consider the vehicle not available.

2. Delivery & Collection Fee

• Delivery and collection within 10 KM radius will be charged MYR15 per trip.
• Delivery and collection above 10KM incur charges of MYR1.50 / KM.
• Delivery & collection fee will be quoted manually.
• Additional charge of MYR15.00 per trip for delivery/collection before 08:00 and after 17:00.

3. Security Deposit

• Security deposit RM300 - RM3,000 per vehicle and will be quoted manually.
• Security deposit RM100 - RM500 per motorbike and will be quoted manually.
• Security deposit will be refunded after 10-14 working days, subject to vehicle returned in good condition and no summons issued.

4. Additional Driver

• Additional drivers will be charged RM10 per person per day.
• All additional drivers must register upon pick-up and are subject to these Terms & Conditions.
• We reserve the right to charge penalties from MYR500 if the hirer hands over the vehicle to an unauthorized driver.

5. Driver’s Age & Licence Requirements

• Drivers must be between 23 and 65 years old.
• Other nationals who hold a valid driving licence in English can drive in Malaysia for a maximum of 3 months.
• Probationary licence holders will not be accepted.

6. Minimum Rental

• Minimum rental is 1 day / 24 hours.
• Extension above 12 hours is considered a full-day rate.

7. Mileage Policy

• Motorcycles: 250 KM per day.
• Car Group A - D: 200KM per day. Group E: 150KM per day.
• Additional mileage charge:
  • Group A: MYR0.50/km
  • Group B: MYR1.00/km
  • Group C: MYR2.00/km
  • Group D: MYR3.00/km
  • Group E: subject to daily rate / 150KM per day
• Mileage for Group A & B car category is provided under a Fair Usage Unlimited Mileage Policy for rentals of 3 days and above, subject to agreed destination and a reasonable mileage cap.

8. Vehicle Collection

• Only the person who made the booking and submitted their valid IC/passport and driving licence (“Authorised Hirer”) can collect the vehicle.
• We do not release vehicles to any other person unless we received prior written approval and verified the nominated person’s ID in advance.
• If an unapproved person comes to collect, we reserve the right to refuse handover and treat the booking as cancelled. Cancellation fees or deposit forfeiture may apply.
• Please bring a photocopy of your identity card/passport, driving licences, business card or any relevant document to verify your working/home address.
• During collection, hirer must check for damage/missing parts and inform our team immediately. Unreported issues will be considered under hirer responsibility.

9. Insurance, CDW & Excess

• All vehicles are insured under standard motor vehicle policy.
• Hirer is responsible for excess not exceeding:
  • MYR5,000 for Group A - B
  • MYR10,000 for Group C - D
  • 15% of vehicle value for Group E
• Optional CDW to reduce excess:
  • Reduce to MYR500 for Group A - B with CDW MYR10/day
  • Reduce to MYR1,000 for Group C - D with CDW MYR20/day for Group C and MYR40/day for Group D
• Insurance & CDW do not apply to damage/loss due to careless action, negligence, illegal or improper use.
• Not covered: tyre punctures/burst, fuel errors, battery damage, loss/damage to accessories.
• Underbody, windscreen, and overhead damage are at hirer’s own risk at all times.
• Insurance & CDW void if driven on unsealed/unmade road or surface.
• Hirer must contact our representatives for any accident/theft event and make police report within 24 hours.
• If CDW not purchased and accident is not caused by renter’s negligence, renter may still be subject to admin fee not exceeding:
  • RM1,000 for Group A–B
  • RM2,000 for Group C
  • RM4,000 for Group D

10. Fuel

• Fuel must be returned at the same level when the vehicle is returned.
• Surcharge up to RM300 for refueling.

11. Penalties

• We reserve the right to hold you financially liable for the full value of the vehicle if used in any criminal activity.
• Garbage/dirt must be removed before returning. Specialist Cleaning Charge of MYR500 may apply if interior is muddy/dirty/stained/smelly.
• Pets and smoking are prohibited inside the vehicle. Penalty MYR500.
• All traffic/parking summons are under hirer responsibility. Penalty MYR300 if hirer fails to pay within time specified after notification.
• Long term rental: hirer must return vehicle for servicing at nearest branch if due. Repair costs may be imposed if hirer fails to return for scheduled maintenance.

12. Speed Limit

• Malaysia highway speed limit: 110 KM/hr.
• Normal road speed limit: 90 KM/hr.
• Please drive carefully and obey traffic rules.

13. Returning the Vehicle

• Hirer shall notify Company for early/late return or extension no less than 12 hours in advance, and not later than 6 hours prior to scheduled return time.
• Failure to provide notice within Cut-Off Period may result in double charges at Company’s prevailing rates.

14. Cancellation Policy

• Standard Cancellation: at least 72 hours prior to pick-up → full refund. Less than 72 hours → Company may deduct one (1) day rental.
• Last-Minute Cancellation: cancellations made less than 72 hours after pick-up → Company may deduct one (1) day rental fee plus applicable charges; remaining balance refunded.
• Monthly Rental Cancellation: early termination recalculated based on published daily rate; refunds adjusted accordingly.

15. Termination for Misuse of Rental Vehicle

Should the Customer misuse the rental vehicle, including unauthorized use, illegal use, reckless/negligent driving, unlawful purposes, or failure to maintain, the Company may immediately terminate the agreement without prior notice.

• Customer must promptly return the vehicle to a location designated by the Company.
• Customer is responsible for all costs/liabilities arising from misuse including damages, admin penalties, fines, towing and loss of business.
• Company may forfeit deposits/advance payments and pursue legal remedies.

16. Disclaimer Clause

The hirer acknowledges and agrees that use of the vehicle is strictly subject to these Terms & Conditions. By proceeding with the rental, hirer confirms acceptance of all provisions including liability, usage restrictions, and maintenance obligations.

17. Personal Data

We reserve the right to share your personal data with related agencies for debt recovery subject to terms and conditions stated in the rental agreement.

18. Chauffeur

• Driver working hours: 08:00 - 17:00.
• Overtime: MYR25.00 per hour.
• Fuel, toll & parking not included.
• Overnight surcharge: RM100.00 per night.

19. Bus Rental

• Includes: driver, fuel, toll & passenger insurance.
• Excludes: tour guide, MYR250 per day.

Motorbike Security Deposit & Mileage

• Security deposit for motorbike rental will be quoted manually.
• Motorcycle mileage policy may apply according to rental duration and vehicle category.
• Only registered and authorised hirer/rider may collect and use the motorcycle.
• Customer is responsible for summons, damage, misuse, late return, loss of accessories and other applicable charges.
